RE/MAX International Headquarters is a 14-story, single tenant, new office building located in the high profile Denver Technological Center. This 288,000  sqft.  office building is compromised of 12 floors of office space with two floors of mechancial equipment, a state of the art Broadcast Studio and training facility as well as an integrated five level parking garage. The building itself is protected by an extensive Life Safety System that utilizes the most currect Smoke Control and Fire Alarm technology available.
