General Services Administration – Invasive Species Research Building
Ft. Collins, Colorado
Invasive Species Research Building (ISRB) is a $2.1 million (electrical), 28,400 sqft., 2-story facility constructed for The National Wildlife Research Center’s (NWRC) Fort Collins campus. As part of the NWRC master plan the new addition, ISRB, expands upon NWRC’s existing capabilities by providing a state-of-the art facility to properly care for and study invasive wildlife species that threaten the nation’s agriculture, human health and safety, natural resources and native wildlife. The facility enhances NWRC’s ability to study the ecology, biology, behavior and physiology of invasive wildlife species and to develop management tools and strategies for mitigating damage and controlling the spread of invasive species.
