 JoAnn Fabrics was Encore's first retail project. It was a unique situation since we were working for another electrical contractor out of Kansas City. Some of our challenges were that the electrical room was on the second floor in a pour in place building (tilt up) which the second floor was steel grate and beam and was not going to be installed until the end of the job. We hung, piped and wired all the service from lifts because we had to mount everything 25 feet up a concrete wall.  We were able to final the service 2 months before the utility was going to be finished. We started up the service with a 2 meg temporary trailer mounted generator
