Aura Snowmass – Snowmass Village

Located at the base of Snowmass Village, Aura Snowmass is the resort’s newest residential condo. The luxury, wellness-focused condo has 21 units, each between 2,700 and 3,200 square feet, two levels of private parking garages, and an amenity lounge area equipped with an outdoor spa, ski lockers, and storage area. Encore Electric was responsible for all electrical premise wiring including fire alarm, telecom scope, electric snowmelt on every balcony, PC raceways, and 250-amp worth of heat trace.
Aura Snowmass is an all-electric, renewable energy building with rooftop solar panels to absorb Colorado’s 300 days of sun per year and an energy efficient building shell. The project’s building sequencing requirements and the challenges of working in the center of a popular resort required a high level of collaboration between Encore Electric, project partners, and the customer to guarantee the condos would be complete in time.
