Encore Electric performed design-assist services for the construction of the new six-story inpatient hospital. Services also include all electrical work, temporary power, telecom ork, audiovisual, and technology construction management. The facility will have 194 licensed beds, 16 observation beds, and features a brand-new Central Utility Plan (CUP) and a parking structure for approximately 350.
Construction, Technology Solutions, and prefabrication joined forces for this massive undertaking. Encore Electric spent 6,600 hours coordinating prefabrication to date which provides an excellent example of how to leverage the team’s expertise, creativity, and resources.
