Award Based on Employee Feedback and Input on Direction, Practices
February 4, 2021 – Lakewood, Colo. – Encore Electric, a Colorado company based in Lakewood, is proud to announce that the company has been named one of the top workplaces in the United States by Energage and their partner news organizations. Encore was one of 124 organizations in the 500-999 employee category to be recognized nationwide. In addition, Encore Electric was given a Top Leadership recognition in the same category.
The award is based on the feedback that is offered by employees of the organization through a third-party survey administered by Energage. More than 500 Encore Electric employees offered their invaluable feedback and input to the organization.
The survey asks questions about the practices of companies, including training, work-life balance, alignment, connection and engagement. These results are compared to organizations across the United States with a similar number of employees. The results are tabulated and then awardees are named by their local organizations as Top Workplaces in their respective areas. The best of the best are then recognized at the national level, as Encore Electric was this year.
Encore Electric is one of the top construction firms in the category, which includes some of the most well-known organizations in the country.
In May, the Encore Electric team was named one of the Top 150 places to work in Colorado by the Denver Post.
