Encore Electric help to build a new high school and middle school and provided all power, electrical construction and technology solutions for the unified facility. The original high school was built in the 1950s, and needed renovation, but due to the growing population of students and the Brush community a new building was needed, as well. The former middle school was a few blocks away, and now all the students are now under one roof. This is a great example of a “One Encore” project. Encore Electric Technology Solutions team is installing the entire technology package at the school, including cabling, wireless access points, closed circuit television, card access, classroom audio-visual and performance audio-visual in the theater and the gym. “There are a ton of devices we needed to install, and all the fiber and copper going to all these devices are in our scope,” said Encore Electric Director of Technology Solutions Tom Waltemath. “This is a big project for us.”
