Romero Brings Three Decades of Experience to New Role
April 23, 2024 – Lakewood, Colo. — Encore Electric is pleased to announce that Christine Romero has been named Chief of Staff at Encore Electric. Her new position will allow the executive leadership team to become more organized and efficient as the organization continues to grow.

I came into Encore Electric as a part-time receptionist, as a single mom. I am so grateful to Encore Electric and how we operate by the merit shop philosophy. As Chief of Staff, Christine Romero will be responsible for advising and supporting the leadership team in their daily duties and helping them to maximize their time and efforts. She has already proven herself invaluable as a sounding board for ideas, providing strategic counsel, and attending to leadership duties.
