VP Brings Business, Sport Expertise to Board

Jim NottinghamIn mid-November, the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame announced its addition of Encore Electric Vice President of Risk Management and General Counsel Jim Nottingham to its board of directors.

“I’m thrilled and honored to be part of this great organization,” said Jim Nottingham.  “The Colorado Sports Hall of Fame understands the power of sports to inspire people, to motivate them and to bring them together.  I was interested in serving as a board member to help promote youth sports in Colorado and to be part of an organization that recognizes Colorado’s greatest athletes.  I grew up playing lacrosse and I spent the last several years as a volunteer ski patroller at Arapahoe Basin.  Through those experiences, I have seen the transformative effect that sports can have and I am proud to be part of an organization that shares that belief.”

The Colorado Sports Hall of Fame, established in 1964, is a 501-(c)(3) tax exempt charitable organization. For more information on the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame, please visit www.coloradosports.org or call 720-258-3536.
