This year’s National Apprenticeship Week, held from November 8-14, 2020, features the apprenticeship stories of people from all walks of life. Encore Electric is a firm believer in the idea and institution of apprenticeship. Many of our Encore Electric teammates are apprentices who both work and learn at our partner apprenticeship institutions and at Encore University, our unique in-house training program.
This dedication to apprenticeship is apparent in our support of multiple organizations, including the Independent Electrical Contractors, Associated Builders and Contactors, Associated General Contractors and more. Encore Electric has dedicated time and funds from our organization to support and attract the next generation of leaders of the electrical industry, including by supporting:
