Energage Awards Top Workplaces Based on Employee Engagement Survey

The Top Workplace awards are produced by Energage, an employee engagement service that gathers employee feedback on their workplace regarding alignment, connection, coaching, and performance.
Energage surveys employees of participating companies to collect honest employee feedback of their experience of company culture, leadership, and engagement at their workplace. Feedback from employees is processed and ranked alongside organizations in the same size category to judge the best workplaces.

Survey results reported that 93% of employees believe that Encore Electric operates with strong values, a true testament to the commitment to our values on every level of the company.
