March 17, 2025 – Lakewood, Colo. – Encore Electric celebrated 22 years in business on Sunday, March 16, 2025. Providing All Things Power, Technology, and Energy®  has been the focus of the organization since its inception in 2003 and the company has grown alongside its many partners, customers, and communities.

Starting out of challenging circumstances, the founders of Encore Electric set out with a focus on four core values: People, Principle, Strength, and Service. Living by those core values drives every decision made at the organization, and guides the work completed by every teammate on every project site and in every office around its five-state operating area.

That operating area initially was limited to Colorado. As the organization’s core customers expanded, and each project team proved itself to be superstars in the electrical industry time and time again, offices opened in Montana, Wyoming, and Utah. It is under the hard work and dedication of those project teams that this company began to thrive, and continues to deliver excellence and unparalleled safety in the most complex projects – whether in hospitals, data centers, research facilities, sports arenas, or any other place where the best of the best are needed.

Encore Electric continues to grow by serving both legacy customers as well as finding new opportunities. Each project is a chance for the team to show what it can do – and those chances are never overlooked by each and every teammate who works on them. Encore Electric is on the cutting edge of electrical construction, service, maintenance, technology solutions, and prefabrication, and customers have come to expect brilliance from the team when tackling some of the most difficult projects in the United States.

The partnerships the team has developed are an important part of continuing that legacy, as well as their work to improve community. Encore Gives! Day, an annual multi-state volunteer effort led by the team in September, saw its largest yearly attendance in 2024. In addition, the team has supported veterans, family initiatives, and the out-of-doors in each state where it operates. 

The organization also takes care of those suffering hardships through the Encore Electric Resilience Program. Supporting each other through difficult times is in the team’s DNA, and the program ensures that those connected to Encore Electric have the support they might need when times are hard.
