Teammates from all over the Rocky Mountain West Gave Back for the Holidays and Year Round
January 6, 2025 – Lakewood, CO — As Encore Electric grows, our teams remain united by a shared passion of connecting with the communities where they live and work.
Throughout 2024, Encore Electric teammates sought ways to give back to their communities, participating in climbs, ski races, clean-up efforts, and more with project and community partners to support causes close to their hearts and homes. Encore Electric also held its largest Encore Gives! Day ever, with more than 180 teammates and their families in four states volunteering at 11 different volunteer sites.
To close out the year, each business unit partnered with local organizations to provide gifts and holiday supplies to local families and children in need. The Southern Colorado Business Unit partnered with Colorado Springs CASA, a national organization that supports children who have experienced life challenges by providing them with volunteer advocates and community resources.
Teammates in the Montana Business Unit came together to support a local family expecting their first baby in buying Christmas presents. Donated items included warm winter gear for the parents and a list of new-baby essentials including diapers, wipes, blankets, jammies, socks, bibs, a baby monitor and more.
As Encore Electric teammates kick off the new year, these teams look forward to another year of building impactful projects and connections with community partners.
