Team Comes In As #12 Among Large Employers in Colorado
May 6, 2019 – Lakewood, CO — Encore Electric is proud to announce that the company was named one of the Top 150 places to work in Colorado in 2019 by the Denver Post. The recognition follows work done by the newspaper, which conducted a survey to measure employee satisfaction throughout the state of Colorado and parts of Wyoming.
The Denver Post selected the Top 150 from a field of hundreds of employers across three categories, including large, medium and small companies. Encore Electric was ranked #12 overall in the Large Companies category, which consists of companies with more than 500 employees. Encore Electric was the top construction firm in the category, which includes some of the most well-known companies in Colorado.
The survey was taken by more than 60,000 employees all over the state of Colorado, including more than 350 from Encore Electric. The survey asks questions about the practices of companies, including training, work-life balance, alignment, connection and engagement.
