Team Honored for Second Year in a Row
May 11, 2020 – Lakewood, CO — For the second year in a row, Encore Electric is proud to announce that the company was named one of the Top 150 places to work in Colorado by the Denver Post, following a survey held by the newspaper.
The Denver Post and their partners at Energage selected winners from a field of hundreds of employers across three categories, including large, medium and small companies. Encore Electric has yet to learn its overall ranking among large employers, which consists of companies with more than 500 employees. Due to the current Coronavirus situation, the announcement of results and placement within each category will be revealed on September 1 during an awards gala. Encore Electric expects again to be among the top construction firms in the category, which includes some of the most well-known companies in Colorado.
The survey asks questions about the practices of companies, including training, work-life balance, alignment, connection, and engagement.
