Energage Top Workplace Awards Recognize Employers Based on Employee Feedback
May 16, 2025 – Lakewood, CO — This spring, Encore Electric earned multiple Top Workplaces 2025 awards, including the Colorado Top Workplaces award through The Denver Post, the USA TODAY Top Workplaces award, and multiple Culture Excellence Awards. Encore Electric ranked eighth in the Colorado Top Workplaces Large Companies category and 60th in the USA TODAY Top Workplaces 1000-2499 employees category.
Top Workplace awards are based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage. The confidential survey measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, Empowered to Execute, and more.
