Aug. 7, 2017 – Colorado Springs, Colorado — Encore Electric is proud to announce that because of continued opportunities in Colorado Springs and the need to expand office space, it has moved its Colorado Springs office to a larger space at 6349 Corporate Center Drive, Colorado Springs. The Colorado Springs office has called Elkton Drive home for the past six years. That office was Encore’s first in the Pikes Peak Region. It saw seasons of growth, change and development not only of staff but of business practices and increase in job opportunity. As the office staff grew from two to 12 and the field and service team grew to more than 60 employees with more growth anticipated, the transition of the Colorado Springs office beckoned for a larger space. Encore Electric’s craftsmen and craftswomen live here, work here and grow here. The move took place on Tuesday, July 25.

The new location consists of a large lobby area, a full kitchen, training room, conference room, seven spacious offices and a service department area for special projects with four cubicles and a work space. A unique feature of the new location is an attached warehouse to hold vans, equipment, trucks and other storage. This was a feature unavailable at the previous location.

The opportunity to bring all aspects of the business under one roof at the new space was one hard to ignore. The bigger space allows for more comfortable and efficient office space and a training room to accommodate more local training classes for the southern craftsmen and craftswomen as the southern service department gains momentum year after year. The craftsmen and craftswomen who work for Encore Electric live in the communities where we work, and together, they are excited to grow with the city of Colorado Springs.

Encore Electric has partnered on a number of complex and interesting projects in Colorado Springs. Recently completed jobs include the long-awaited Great Wolf Lodge, Cheyenne Mountain High School and the Audubon Medical Campus. Current Encore Electric projects under construction in Colorado Springs include the UC Health Memorial Hospital North, Thomas MacLaren School, Pikes Peak Athletic Complex the highly-anticipated United States Olympic Museum.

As Encore experiences growth in all areas including service, special projects and large construction in Colorado Springs the Corporate Center Drive location allows for an endless amount of opportunity.

“We started the search for a new space in the spring and after viewing multiple locations we landed at Corporate Center Drive. Our decision was based on several indicators; budget, future growth opportunity and having warehouse and training space in the building,” said Director of Southern Colorado JR Bond. “We were able to find exactly what we were looking for and our team is very excited to be moved into the new location. Encore has been very fortunate in continuing the legacy and building on great relationships in Southern Colorado, and the new location is just one more step forward.”
