Jeff Allen is the Chief Financial Officer at Encore Electric, where he manages the company’s financial and accounting functions. Allen leads a 20-member team that supports financial controls across the Encore Electric operating area, focusing on financial management, executive leadership, strategic planning, and business growth. 

Prior to joining Encore Electric, Allen served as a finance and accounting executive with extensive experience serving a variety of organizations, including two Fortune 500 companies, multiple organizations in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry, and one of the “Big 4” accounting firms. 

Allen received a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting from Utah State University and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Utah. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Colorado chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association.
