Reese Reynolds

Reese Reynolds is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Encore Electric. Reese’s role is to support our people and provide strategic human resources expertise for the growing organization.

Prior to joining Encore Electric, Reynolds served as Global Head of HR Transformation for Lockheed Martin in Denver, where he led human resource efforts for various business units, and leading HR transformation for the global enterprise. Reynolds began his professional career working for Microsoft in Seattle, Washington. Following his time at Microsoft, Reynolds joined Cott Beverages in Florida as a Human Resources Director, gaining human resource-focused leadership experience. At Cott, Reynolds was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources, leading HR for their North American Business Unit.

Reynolds received a bachelor’s degree from Southern Virginia College before attending the University of Illinois, graduating with an MBA as well as a Masters Degree in Human Resources. While pursuing his education, Reynolds volunteered and lived abroad in multiple countries, including China and Nicaragua, formative experiences that sparked an interest in understanding people and human dynamics in the workplace.
