Toby Burley

Toby Burley is the Director of the Utah Business Unit. Burley formerly served as Senior Project Manager for the Encore Electric Southern Colorado Business Unit.

As Business Unit Leader, Burley is responsible for leading the Encore Electric team based in Utah. Burley works to guide and grow the Utah-based team, building relationships with local partners and customers and continuing to expand the presence of Encore Electric in the area.

Burley has been part of the Encore Electric team since 2014, starting as a project manager before moving into a senior project manager role. As Senior Project Manager, Burley gained experience in operations and manpower, while also managing more than 70 Encore Electric projects during this time.

Burley holds several licenses and certifications, including an Electrical Journeyman License in 96, FMI Leadership Academy: Purdue University Management Course, OSHA 10 and OSHA 30.

Toby moved to Utah in 2024 and is eager to continue to explore the Salt Lake City area with his wife.
