This is a new medical center campus on 28 acres in southeast Fort Collins. The campus will consist of 3 buildings totaling 150,527 sqft. and will consist of: Health Center, 10,426 sqft., 1-story building to house a 6 provider expandable medical clinic with corridor connection to the Bed Tower and Diagnostic & Treatment Buildings. The Main Hospital will consist of a 2-story plus basement Bed Tower and 2-story Diagnostic & Treatment Building. The Bed Tower Basement is 16,648 sqft. and will contain the pharmacy, mechanical/electrical rooms, MDF, Biomedical Engineering room and Plan Engineering room. The Bed Tower 1st floor will consist of 61,421 sqft. and will contain the ER, Medical Imaging, STAT Lab, Women and Infant Services with 5 LDRP’s and one c-section OR, admin and food/nutrition services. The Bed Tower 2nd floor will be 62,032 sqft. and will contain Surgery Suite with 3 OR’s and 3 shelled OR’s, sterile processing, patient wing with 19 rooms and 5 shelled rooms.
