Renovation of the existing West Hotel, including all 144 existing guest rooms; renovation and additions on the 1st floor including the Charles Court Restaurant, Hotel Bar, Main Entry, Porte Cochere, Concierge Desk, and Bellman Area.
New building additions include a 170,000 sqft. expansion of the hotel bar connection to the new Italian Restaurant to replace the Charles Court Restaurant, new concierge desk and storage area, new 5th floor guest rooms, new 6th floor guest rooms and new 7th floor penthouse suites.
