Approximately 122,000 sqft. new engineering lab building consisting of lab, office, auditorium, classroom and atrium spaces. New construction included included partial basement, three floors,mechanical penthouse and development of approximately 1.5 acres of site. Building is separated into three respective areas that stack vertically (lab/atrium/office). Basement includes a 2,000 sqft. data center.
