This 485,000 square foot facility is located on 85 acres of property, just minutes from DIA. This building includes 1,501 guest rooms, 114 suites, exhibit hall, four ballrooms, and 81 conference rooms. Also eight dining areas, a spa and the Arapahoe Springs Resort Pool & Lazy River. For outdoor entertainment, there is three outdoor event lawns and a 20,000 square foot patio.
