This 288,000 sq. ft. office building is compromised of 12 floors of office space with two floors of mechanical equipment, a state of the art Broadcast Studio and training facility as well as an integrated five level parking garage. The building itself is protected by an extensive Life Safety System that utilizes the most current Smoke Control and Fire Alarm technology available.
