UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital was completed in Summer 2019. A new hospital with attached medical office building, parking garage and CUP. Encore Electric also designed and installed technology solutions. The project was 450,100 square feet for the hospital and medical office building plus 20,798 square feet for the CUP and tunnel. A demanding 20-month construction schedule and the integration of complex technology systems, security systems and life safety systems were required to meet today’s demands of a high-end hospital.

The amount of wire and cable installed on this project adds up to 696 miles, which would cover the distance from Denver, CO to Bozeman, MT.
