Specialized Healthcare Training
To ensure our teams can bring the technical know-how needed for critical infrastructure projects like hospitals, every Encore Electric electrician working on a hospital project completes specialized training through our Healthcare Trained and Healthcare Certified programs.
This specialized track starts with training focused on safety and Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) and mission-critical electrical systems. Once training is complete, Encore Electric craftspeople complete 2,000 hours of healthcare facility electric work.
